Turning what was a simple garage into an ADU over the course of two weeks with a raised floor, working power and new windows/doors with an additional wall connecting it to the main house on either side. Includes drywall, new flooring, insulation, painting and cabinets.

LaDeau Manufacturing Warehouse

from September 2022 – March 2025

Starting with a remodel of the entire warehouse we removed all existing industrial machinery from the hinge manufacturer company that was the previous, long-standing tenant, we then brought all fire sprinkler and suppression systems up to code, repainted the entire interior and exterior, spot replaced exterior siding, resealed 60,000 Sq. ft parking lot and added a handicap parking spot up to code. We then added an additional 3000 Sq. ft office space with heating and air and added two additional bathrooms.
